Our portfolio currently consists of 25 properties in the center of Basel City (BS) and nearby suburbs in Basel Country (BL). Half of the units are privately owned and approximately half are fully furnished, the remainder being unfurnished. We are constantly seeking additional units to add to our portfolio.

These affordable yet stylish properties range in size from studio and 1 bedroom units to 5 bedroom luxury flats and villas. Furnished units include tastefully designed interiors with full sets of bed and bath linens, full kitchen and dining wares, a complement of small household appliances, and twice monthly basic surface cleaning. Most units are equipped with a dishwasher and many have their own washer / dryers. Almost all units have balconies or terraces and all apartment units have lifts.

Our properties are situated in quiet, green areas with good access to public transportation. City apartments and houses are well-connected to the airport and the main train station. Suburban houses are within close proximity to secondary roads and highways with direct 10-20’ access to the center of Basel City. Public transport stops are also in close walking proximity to suburban properties.

We handle as much or as little of the marketing, rental, maintenance and repairs that suits our clients’ needs and budgets. Tasks undertaken include:

  • advice on and arranging appropriate insurance

  • overseeing maintenance and repairs
