For companies and individuals seeking flexible and timely solutions to their long- or short-term furnished housing needs, we provide a variety of quality fully furnished units at competitive prices. Short-term stays of 3 to 6 month are priced from CHF 1650.- to 4300.-, depending on unit size. For longer stays of 7+ months, price reductions are available. A non-refundable end-cleaning fee paid with the first month’s rent applies to all properties. Two units offer parking spaces, available at additional cost to the main lease.
unfurnished flats
We manage a select group of privately owned, high-quality properties in central Basel and the nearby suburbs for tenants who seek unfurnished housing. Our portfolio includes a selection of 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 room flats ranging in size from 50-70 m2. In addition, we offer a small number of rental houses with 6-7 rooms, 170-220 m2 of livable area plus ancillary spaces, garden with terrace and private parking.
